    Default STFT and LTFT ????? on calibrating MAF

    ok i have read the ATR insructions on how to calibrate MAF but still am very confused. Im not tuning expert and was wondering if by any chance the cobb guys can maybe give a step by step process on how to calibrate MAF's. and also Was wondering wat STFT and LTFT really stand for. And by step by step process imean like in detail cause i kno i aint the only one with an AP that dont kno sqaut LOL.

    i am a patient person but come on is it me or is cobbs dieng out i havent got a response in like two weeks . are we nissan people put aside this is ridiculous people.

    Between track events and the move from SLC to Austin, COBB has been rather busy. I, myself, don't know enough about tuning to answer your question.

    As to a "step by step", COBB is not in the business of writing books on tuning. There are books out there you can read up on and a few tuners have run weekend classes on tuning (usually car brand specific) to help get you started.

    There is a short writeup somebody did on MAF tuning in the Civic SI part of the forum. The basics are the same.

    What I use on the GTR is AF correction plotted against MAF voltage in a scatter graph in Excel. AF correction = STFT + LTFT - 100.
