    Default Upgraded Intake and inlet?

Hey guys, I took a look around the forum and didnt see any post like this. If there was and I missed it my bad.

I own an 08 legacy gt I have a Perrin crank pulley, Perrin intake and inlet, Cobb AP v2 and its currently tuned to stage 1 octane 93. It says only to run the tune with stock intake, and I looked at notes for the stage 2 maps and they say the same thing. Are there any maps that will recognize the mods I do have especilly the intake and inlet, I feel like it would be kinda important since im bringing in more air.

Any help on this matter would be a big help, maps or other avenues to getting the best tune out of my AP with my mods would be great.

At this time, we do not have an OTS calibration for the Perrin intake. The reason you need a calibration is not for increased airflow, but more for the change in the MAF sensor housing. That said, Perrin offers maps, for a fee, for their intakes. Or you can look into getting a Protune for your modifications. Where are you located?

I live in Lansdale Pa, 19446... I know of a few shops I could get it tuned at but not sure the best one to go too. And I do plan on getting turbo back at some point soon, may take me a few months. Would it be worth getting pro tuned now?

I would be happy if it made more HP, any idea how much I could gain from a pro tune?

I would honestly wait until you have the downpipe and exhaust parts you want, then go for a tune. In the meantime, you can run the stock airbox with one of our OTS maps and then get the whole mess tuned at a later date. You won't really be losing too much power with the stock intake.

Yea that makes sense. The local speed shop owner actually stopped by my shop yesterday and I told him my story and he said the same thing. He said once I can get a turbo back he could hook me up. Thanks for all your help by the way.
