Could the cause of my suby not turning over be the base map?

I just completed a hybrid swap with a 20G, DW modded 960CC inj, 255 fuel pump, custom fuel rails, sti cams and loaded the base map (ap v2).

Car started fine at first and I let the car run for a while to add more coolant. I turned the car off and restarted, this time a cloud of white smoke started to come out of the exhaust (gas smell). I quickly turned it off and tried to restart..now the car wont turn over.

The AP won't control whether the car cranks or not, but a low/dead battery would. I would start there. If the battery checks out, put a large wrench on the crank pulley and see if you can spin the engine over by hand, maybe something failed and locked the crank.

Will it not crank at all? Does the starter even kick over? Are you smelling LOTS of raw fuel? Have you pulled a spark plug? Could be lots of things... Did you mod the DW injectors?
