Default California, Nevada, or Arizona MAPs.

Hi there, I was just wondering, what's the difference with fuels from those states compared to every other state? Here in Canada, they've started a 10% ethanol blend into all our fuel grades. Does this have something to do with it? Should I be using the ACN maps?

There are various things going on with "ACN" gas, but an ethanol blend is NOT one of the issues. If your car seems to be running OK, stick to a non-ACN map.
