No throttle when using SD tune

Car runs great until I switch over to the SD tune. It has no throttle at all unless you floor it. Any ideas?

Are you doing the tuning or is someone else? The fix is easy, but I want to make sure I'm talking to the correct person. It's a problem with the way the tuner software is being used.
