Is 31mpg the best we can do in a MS3?

I've got a 2012 MS3... Stage 1 with Autotech FP upgrades, SF intake, Cobb TIP, and flashed to match the 93 oct.

I can get 31mpg out of her on a 2-way 65mph drive (tough in this car lol). This is based on the in-car readout and is over an approximately 150 mile round trip. temps are around 40-50F

This is with the stock Dunlop 2020 225s at recommended pressures (35 psi front, 34psi rear).

Just wondering if anyone else is doing any better. I'd like to know if the "fuel economy" maps are really all they are cracked up to be. Seems to me that the biggest help would be the speed limiter set at 70mph :-P
