Just flashed my 04 XT with the stage 1 93 octane map. I have an AEM CAI (Air filter is behind fog light). The AEM should have the same velocity stack as the stock airbox though, to prevent CELs. Car stalls when clutch is all the way in. Gas is 93 octane fresh from Shell. I flashed to the 91 octane stage 1 map and that seems to run much better. Boost peaked at 11.9 Though, not 13.5. Anyone have any ideas as to why A)The 93 octane map causes my vehicle to stall and B)Not reaching boost levels? We recently did the headgaskets and clutch on the motor and everything got a nice cleaning while the motor was out. Any tips in the right direction are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
