    Default system lean cel

I got my car tuned by a reputable tuner using my accesstuner race program about 7 months ago. he forgot to delete the CEL's for my tgv's so I went back and did it myself. I have since been getting a system lean cel but when I watch my AFR it goes down to 11.1 (what he tuned it for) and up to 20.3. Is this the reason the CEL is coming on and can I just delete it or is there a bigger problem here?

turning off one DTC will not make another come on. So, there is likely something going on.

what I am asking is is it because the AFR is going down to 11.1 that the cel is coming on or is there something wrong with the car that is making the system lean come on?

System too lean DTC means that your long-term fuel trims have hit extreme positive levels because of a perceived lean condition. There are many reasons this can occur including an improper MAF calibration for the intake you are running, improper latency/inj. scaler for your injectors, intake tract leaks, bad front o2 sensor, bad MAF sensor, or other mechanical fueling issue.
